We’ve just completed our 2106 customer satisfaction survey, and our customers are getting happier.
This time last year we received an industry beating satisfaction rating of 88%
When we polled the key contacts at all our customers we were really pleased to see satisfaction at or above 90% in all categories.
Way Ahead of the Industry Average
Using an independent tool from Client Heartbeat allows us to compare ourselves against our competitors.
Again, we are chuffed to see that we are significantly out-pacing the industry average of 82%.
