We have always used 0845 numbers for our IT Helpdesk and main switchboard numbers. The rationale behind this was that we could then grow and move offices without having our customers have to update their address book.

With more and more of our customers calling from their mobiles we decided it was about time we provided a geographic local number to help keep their phone bills down.

You can now call us on the following numbers

• For support call the Helpdesk on 020 8939 8480
• For the main switchboard call on 020 8939 8481

We are not actually getting rid of our 0845 numbers. So they will still work if you have them programmed into your address book – or brain!
