Refer a new customer to Evolve and we will reward you with up to £1000. Our New Customer Referral Programme allows us to show our appreciation to customers, colleagues and suppliers.
If you introduce us to someone whose company subsequently signs up to a new annual support plan with Evolve Computers we will give you a generous reward. We will also give the new customer a discount on their support plan after they have been with us for 3 months.
We work hard to provide our customers with a reliable, friendly and professional service. We are confident that other businesses could benefit from our ability to:
- Reduce disruption to their business from technology
- Protect them from cyber security threats
- Advise them on how technology can help them grow
Getting that message out, though, is not easy. Saying “Trust me” doesn’t create trust. If anything, it undermines it. Demonstrating a commitment to sound business practices and quality service by earning accreditations certainly helps, but a potential referrer needs to have the confidence in our ability to deliver on our promises. And that really only comes by experiencing our service first hand.
So that means turning to our customers, suppliers and colleagues and respectfully and politely asking them to put in a good word for us to when they come across a potential new customer. I’m not expecting anyone to do this for nothing so I have come up with what I think is a very generous reward scheme.
Protecting Your Relationship
I appreciate that making a recommendation can be a risk to the relationship you have with the contact you intend to refer. My approach to a potential customer will be sensitive to that relationship first and foremost. I only progress where there is clear synergy that will bring mutual value. We have a long-term relationship with our customers and that only works if we set off on the right foot. So it is not in our interests to be pushy if there really is no opportunity. I will honour the generosity of a recommendation and respect your existing relationship.
