A warm and hearty welcome to Glenn – the newest member of our team. He replaces Michael as a server support technician. That means one of his responsibilities answering calls to the IT Support Helpdesk. Please feel free to call up and welcome him to the team with a particularly tricky technical problem.

Glenn also does a lot of checking to ensure that our customers systems are up and running and works with the other technicians on projects. So you may well see him in your offices from time to time.

In his spare time Glenn enjoys football – playing and supporting (I’ll leave you to figure out who his team is) – and food – eating and cooking.
