Evolve Computers is a London-based technology company offering high-quality services to businesses around the UK that want to grow. Management Team

David Watson

David Watson

Managing Director, vCIO

David is focused on growing Evolve in line with its values. He loves the variety that this brings and is passionate about ensuring that the team is equipped and motivated to help our customers succeed and provide a great customer experience.

He also works as a Chief Information Officer for some of our bigger clients with a focus on Cyber Security.

Outside of work he is a bit of a running nut. He is a Run Director at parkrun and spends a lot of spare time out training for the next challenge.

Jessica Watson

Jessica Watson

Operations Manager, HR

Jessica focuses on Operations and Human Resources. She also works closely with David on business strategy.

She works hard to implement strategies to keep everyone at Evolve happy and engaged. And she enjoys planning the quarterly team building events.

Outside of work, Jessica teaches yoga and is a Trustee for the Give Back Yoga Foundation UK. She loves her cat, reading, creating art, yoga, nature, and cooking.

Anna Kochanek

Project Team Manager

Anna is our Project Team and Purchasing Manager. She keeps the project team organised and helps our customers when they need new kit.

Anna is a Microsoft Licensing wizard and keeps the team on their toes with her keen eye for QA.

She has an exceptionally good memory, loves travel and Mediterranean food. Her cockapoo Murphy comes to the office once a week, but training him to become a technician is not going well.

Customer Success Manager

Neil leads our Customer Success team – making sure that our customers are getting best value from Evolve services

He keeps in touch with our customers, making sure we understand what’s important for their business.  He drives improvements where needed – bringing wide IT experience to take advantage of new technology to cut costs and drive growth.

Neil’s a keen cyclist and runner – even repairing his own bikes.   He balances this with an equal enthusiasm for beer and cake.  Favourite ride:  Downhill.

Helpdesk Manager

Dave is responsible for our Helpdesk, ensuring the team provide a swift, helpful and friendly service assisting customers with their support needs.

He is always looking at ways to enhance and improve the support the Helpdesk provides to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family – which also includes a dog, several cats and a small flock of chickens!

Senior Helpdesk Technician

Pete is lead technician on the Helpdesk team.

These days he works away in the background, fixing the most difficult of problems and guiding the rest of the team to help our customers.

Pete loves his blues and rock music. He is also a sci-fi and fantasy film & book buff.

Alexander Baltram

Helpdesk Technician

Alexander is part of the Helpdesk Team and is another friendly, helpful voice on the end of the line. He monitors backend systems and enjoys fixing problems for our customers.

Alexander is interested in furthering his training in networking, hardware and security.

In his spare time he loves listening to R&B, Amapiano, Afrobeat and rock music. And he enjoys going to the gym and traveling the world

Adam Asher-Martin

Helpdesk Technician

Adam is part of the Helpdesk Team and is known for his enthusiasm and infectious laugh. He comes from a hardware background and genuinely enjoys helping people

Adam recently became CompTIA A+ Certified and would like to pursue further training in Networking and Security.

He is a keen gamer, a musician and a bookworm, and also enjoys time being creative.

Craig Edwards

Helpdesk Technician

Craig is part of the Helpdesk Team. He is one of the friendly voices on the end of the line when a customer calls in and he is always happy to help!

Craig tackles a wide range of issues every day and has built a valuable skillset through completing his apprenticeship. He is interested in pursuing security training next.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys boxing, music and gaming.

Georgi Iliev

Helpdesk Technician

Georgi is a helpful, friendly technician on the Helpdesk Team and enjoys fixing problems and learning new things every day.

Georgi is interested in furthering his training in Cloud Computing and Security.

He works remotely from Sofia, Bulgaria and enjoys exercising, swimming, football, spending time with family and friends and travelling.

Senior Project Technician

Glenn is responsible for delivering projects to our customers. He works closely with them to find the right solution and then get it implemented.

He is a cheery and direct character so there is not much that will faze him. In his spare time Glenn is a massive foodie and enjoys watching and playing football.

Jessie Davies

Jessie Davies

Project Technician

Jessie is part of the Project Team as a Junior Project Technician. They have an excellent eye for detail and genuinely enjoy helping people.

Jessie is interested in furthering their knowledge of Cloud Computing, but is not a fan of how AI is currently developing.

Outside of work, Jessie enjoys creative writing which is put into action for the thrilling Dungeon & Dragons games they host.
