David loves the variety of working in a small Business. His focus is to run a business that helps our customers succeed, provides great service and is an enjoyable place to work for the team.
Outside of work he is a bit of a running nut. He is an Event Director at parkrun and spends a lot of spare time out training for the next challenge.
Neil leads our Customer Success team – making sure that our customers are getting best value from Evolve services
He keeps in touch with our customers, making sure we understand what’s important for their business. He drives improvements where needed – bringing wide IT experience to take advantage of new technology to cut costs and drive growth.
Neil’s a keen cyclist and runner – even repairing his own bikes. He balances this with an equal enthusiasm for beer and cake. Favourite ride: Downhill.
Anna is our Financial and Purchasing Manager. She works mostly behind the scenes making sense of the numbers. You are likely to encounter her when you have a requirement for new equipment.
She likes a good Excel spreadsheet, loves travel and Mediterranean food. She dislikes squirrels who ruin her garden.
Jessica manages the Helpdesk Team. She is responsible for ensuring that we provide a high level of service to our customers and that we do it in an efficient way.
Her other responsibility is Human Resources and she works hard to implement strategies to keep everyone at Evolve happy and engaged.
Outside of work, Jessica is a certified yoga instructor, has a passion for holistic wellness and is an excellent vegan cook. She loves her cat, reading, nature, and playing board games with her family.
Daniel helps the management team in creating & implementing the Evolve business strategy.
Working behind the scenes, you will be very ‘lucky’ if you get to speak to Daniel directly, however all customers of Evolve will benefit from his guidance through continuous improvement to customer-centric Evolve services and holding the management team to account.
Outside of IT, Daniel has a keen interest in motorsport sponsorship, and is working towards the dream (a plan without dates) of spending the winters abroad!
Glenn is responsible for delivering projects to our customers. He works closely with them to find the right solution and then get it implemented.
He is a cheery and direct character so there is not much that will faze him. In his spare time Glenn is a massive foodie and enjoys watching and playing football.
Pete is lead technician on the Helpdesk team
These days he works away in the background, fixing the most difficult of problems and guiding the rest of the team to help our customers.
Pete loves his blues and rock music. He is also a sci-fi and fantasy film & book buff.
