As part of our continual effort to provide our clients with an easier way to get in contact us with your support issues, we’ve now added a new system tray icon to your computers.

If you single left or right click the icon you will see the following options:

If you choose to send something to us it will open up a pre-addressed email ready for you to type in the nature of your problem and send to us. The email will go straight into our help desk system, creating a ticket. Our engineers are then targeted to get back to you within 1 hour.

You can also see our telephone number listed.

If you click Exit the icon will disappear until the next time you log in.
